The City of Stephenville Community Development Department consists of three main parts:

Planning:  Zoning, Subdivision Regulations, Comprehensive Plan, Geographic Information Systems

Building Inspection:  Building, Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC Permits and Inspections, and Food Service Permits and Inspections (visit the Building Inspection page by clicking)

Code Enforcement:  Enforcement of Health and Sanitation Codes, Mowing and Clean-up, and Dangerous Buildings Abatement
